Pulling out my hair

So I was working out the other day and dropped a 70lb. barbell on my workout log book which was just a crappy small notebook that cost me like 4$ from target. Needless to say the 4$ book did not fair well agaisnt the weight, and it wasnt work very well for me I was only able to fit one day's worth of workout on one page and it was hard to keep organized, basically just not working out well for me. So being the designer I am i figured i could just make my own at kinkos for about the same price with stuff on it that I want. Heres an hours worth of my time. I have so many different covers for it because I have a lot of friends and my dad who would probably like this so I'm going to make a few see how they go over!
